Privacy Policy
This page describes how JabaX Automation S.L. (hereinafter, "JabaX") processes personal data collected through this website, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Spanish legislation (Ley Orgánica 3/2018, LOPDGDD).
2. Data we collect
Demo requests collect your name, email and needs. Company, market and product are optional. We save the request and its identifier to handle retries without duplicates. VoiceTyper availability notices collect email, language, product and a record of consent. Verified purchases record the payment session, email, product, license and delivery status. We do not receive your full card details.
3. Purposes of processing
We use this data to respond to requests, arrange demos, manage purchases and deliver products. Only if you select the optional subscription box will we also use your email for JabaX news and promotions, recording the date and version of your consent. You can unsubscribe at info@jabax.es. Subscriptions last up to 24 months from the request or until you withdraw consent. The VoiceTyper availability notice does not subscribe you to newsletters. Notifications are stored and retried when email delivery fails.
4. Legal basis
General enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in responding. Steps towards a contract and purchases rely on the precontractual or contractual relationship. Availability notices and optional measurement require consent, which you may withdraw.
5. Data retention
Contact requests are retained for up to 24 months from receipt unless erased earlier. Availability notices are kept until sent, cancelled or for a maximum of 24 months. Only records needed to demonstrate handling and consent are retained during that period. Orders are retained for the contractual relationship and applicable legal periods.
6. Recipients and disclosures
Hostinger MySQL hosting and email support requests and notifications. We keep a private contact list in Google Sheets, including subscription status and consent records, to manage enquiries and authorised communications. Stripe processes payments when you use checkout. If you accept measurement, Google Analytics 4 is loaded through Google Tag Manager. Names, emails, form text and personal download or cancellation links are not sent to Analytics. We do not sell your data.
7. International transfers
Google or Stripe services may involve international data transfers depending on the service and configuration. Provider safeguards and applicable data protection rules apply. You can request details of providers and safeguards at info@jabax.es.
8. Your rights
Request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection by writing to info@jabax.es. We ask for additional identity information only when necessary. Cancel a VoiceTyper notice using the email link and confirming on the page, or by contacting us. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Cookies
Measurement is disabled by default. Google Tag Manager loads only after the corresponding consent. Accept, reject, change or withdraw consent through Cookie preferences in the footer. Analytics measures visits and requests from consenting visitors, not every contact received.
10. Security measures
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption, access restricted to authorised personnel only, and regular security reviews.
11. Artificial intelligence content
JabaX may use artificial intelligence tools to create or assist in creating text, images or other content on this Website and across its products. Where applicable, such content will be clearly identified as generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.
12. Amendments
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. Any significant change will be communicated prominently on this page.
